  • recreational opportunities (snowmobile trails, hiking paths, kayak routes)
  • wells and drinking water
  • access roads
  • municipal by-laws and building restrictions
  • reputable carpenters, plumbers, landscapers
  • digital connectivity (cell phones, high speed internet, satellite tv)
  • good fishing spots

Knowledgeable local realtors live and breathe country air.
They also have excellent working knowledge of all of the above.
